2. Products

We sell living plants, pots and related garden products. Plants are living goods — appearance may vary with season and growth. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders and collection

In-nursery purchases are concluded at the till. Distance orders (email/phone) are confirmed by us. Collection from Lochristi is preferred; delivery may be arranged in East Flanders by agreement.

4. Consumer withdrawal

For distance sales, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to exceptions for goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or that are custom-made. Living plants may fall under perishable-goods exceptions once prepared or delivered. Contact us promptly about any concern.
